Nutcracker: Bug fix, skipping pixel #1

I have fixed a bug in the output of a LOR lms file. I was skipping outputting Pixel 1.


I am aware of one more issue. I do not output the very last pixel of the last string.

It's still skipping the first pixel for me, at least in the butterfly effect and scrolling text it does.
