Nutcracker: Bugfix for vertical matrix

Vertical matrix targets should work again.


If any of you have a local install get both
(5) github zip file of nutcracker code tree
(7) run the localhost/nutcracker/install.php to get the new database columns that are being used for projects.

Nutcracker is fantastic! So easy to use compared to some of the other options.

I've recently built a vertical matrix, and a I'm not sure what the chances are, but I'd find the following really handy!

- Being able to set an aspect ratio so that the various effects look better. Mine is around 3cm vertical distance between pixels, but 20cm horizontally.

- Being able to set end channels, eg if my matrix is wired in reverse even second string, I'd like to set the end channel for a string less than the start channel. This way I can fully represent the matrix in the model instead of having to do half of it in my controllers
