I am now going and reconnecting all the effects I have. In the process of doing this I thought up another effect last night. Since it is fairly simple, i am releasing it first.

You will now see two choices in the effects form (spirals and garlands).

Any of your target models will work with this new effect.

All the prompts you will recognize except for one

garland type

0 = circles
AA+GARLAND0.gif

1 = garland type 1
AA+GARLAND1.gif

2 = garland type 2
AA+GARLAND2.gif

3 = garland type 3
AA+GARLAND3.gif

4 = garland type 4
AA+GARLAND4.gif

thanks

How i wish these great effects created by sean could be incorporated into Pixel Toy software as pixel toy has an awsome interface and can run in real time and can be saved into an XML format. This combined with Seans excellent effects models would really make this a truely easy to use and powerful piece of software for all to use within the community.

I was thinking of looking into how to make and addon for Pixel Toy software this summer after I get these things done.

1) LSP,LOR sequencer output
2) Finish connecting all the effects i have already done.
3) Write user manual abd video tutorials
4) Make target for other rgb devices besides megatrees
5) new effects: avi movies, fireworks, snow in a snowstorm, amorphous blobs.

I went and looked at it, it is really cool.

Not sure what input you have had from the LOR guys yet, but a quick look at the demo versions shows that LOR uses an internal clipboard system and saves the files, the format is below for a simple ramp up.
These are .LCB files in S3 and are in XML format, could be the easy way to write your output
