What's the best way to contact ray and what time if by chat?

I always use trade manager to contact ray. He is 2 hours behind us in Qld EST

realistically, he is on alot, its almost like, he lives there, just leave a message and he will reply fairly fast

Best time i have found is at night for Australians, that way your do not have the extra people from the US dealing with Ray

I was using Trade Manager but have now switched to Skype. If you already use Skype just add Ray by searching for [font=]alpha_lighting.[/font]

I used email since i could not reach him through chat.
I sent him a chart with pictures, description and amount of each item to be ordered + some comments if needed.
He created a web page just for me and emailed me back a link where I could check and confirm the order. Simmilar to this:

He also reduced shipping cost by combining all together.

I confirmed and now I am waiting for my package.

He is very nice guy to deal with.
