Output continues (keep alives) when slave turned off

Ok, now I know with my missing solder joint issue I'm a little suspect at the moment. ;) But I've noticed a little quark in the output on the ECG8.

What happens is that even when you have unchecked the ACT box for the keep alive and the slave output itself, the ECG continues to output a keep alive on the "dead" slave. Also, when you soft-boot the unit, the counters for those disabled slaves don't reset for some reason. Here is a video showing what I am seeing:

Power cycling it did make it go back to what I would have expected - output 7/8 isn't outputting keep-alive data.

See new 1.3.1a version for masters (M24H or DR4) ....

I think you will see some improvement.
