P5 LED Board Setup Problem

Hi Everyone,
I've just got my P5 and HC-1W all connected up and running but I can't get the text message to appear correctly its just showing half the text. I'm thinking it has something to do with the size setting, but I've loaded the parm's from the HC-1W controller, so the sizing should be correct. Would it be a faulty Controller because the Panel seems to display on all pixels. I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out.

are they 1/8 p5 panels? did you ask the supplier the config of the panels also

Hi Ben, Yes the Panel is 1/8 P5 Panel and I got the config from their website.

yeah i would email them the shots you have provided as i know i had same issue with mine
