Pixlite 16 Power up issue

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue

Every time i power up my Pixlite 16 Board i have to disable and then enable the E1.31 output channel on my FPP to get the channels to work.

So my setup is Raspberry Pi connected to the pixlite board with crossover cable.
They both have static IP addresses.

I do have my ports set up as multicast. Would changing over to unicast fix this?

I had an issue with fpp and some of my controllers that are not online when the playlist starts. Changing from unicast to multicast fixed that for me. Very odd that multicast doesn't work for you.
