Sydney/NSW Planning - Sydney Mini 2026 4-5th JULY

Just completed the survey. When these dates were first settled on, I was unable to attend due to commitments at the Big Red Bash. That venue site is currently under a couple of meters of water so the event has been cancelled. I could do a quick presentation on how my 2nd year show was put together & how it all came together to keep people entertained. Also things that will be added for 2026 and the challenges they present. Unsure how much time I can commit in the lead up as I am going through a major change at work trying to settle on a new path (I am a victim of TfNSW many to few), though will assist in any way you require.

Things of interest to me that I don't do well or am in the process of learning are: best options for file management so xlights can always find the right file, media etc, and also adding xlights triggered DMX control for things like smoke machines, cold sparks etc. (This should be easy, but having never done it before it would be good to go through the best, most efficient setup with someone that made it work)

Hey Bernie, when are you thinking for the zoom meeting? I'm about to head down to Melbourne for the week, though if timing works, I could jump on.
