You can upload a photo to PhotoBucket, DropBox or wherever and link to it using the image icon (under the B) icon.
Alternatively you can attach it to the post by clicking on the "Attachments and other options" just under where you type the post's text.
If you want to show a picture in ACL chat, you'll have to use the first option.
