So as I've mentioned before, I am very new to Christmas light shows. This is my first year. I have over 20 years of electrician experience but this stuff is Greek to me.

I am going to be doing power injection. I want to put the power injection boards into my control board enclosures. I'm looking for suggestions on the best places to buy power injection control boards. I'm looking for circuit boards with 16 to 32 ports. I've attached pictures of my buddies setup that shows his control board with the power injection boards. All advice, tips and suggestions are welcome

If you insist. (The controller board itself is already doing a lot of power distribution.)

Those pictured are jboards... https://jboards.ecwid.com/Power-Distro-8-p119524056

But you can get pretty much anything, as the circuit is very simple, all you're looking at is the most convenient arrangement of fuses and terminals. Examples, that may be more or less convenient depending on your enclosure and PSU:
8-port. https://www.wiredwatts.com/hanpower8 or https://pixelcontroller.com/store/accessories/46-f8-distro.html
4-port. https://jboards.ecwid.com/Power-Distro-4-p145698086 https://www.holidaycoro.com/product-p/951-63-kit1.htm
My favorite - PSU mounts - https://www.wizardofwire.com/product-category/electronics/power-distribution/
Other. https://quinled.info/quinled-dig-octa-power-5/ ; https://quinled.info/quinled-dig-octa-power-7HC/

Not sure if there are many 32-port power distribution boards available... but you can just use more than one small one.

I for sure need power injection and the control board just won't give enough to make my show be crisp and pop.plus the circuit boards are very easy to use. I've noticed lot of people are scared of power injection and I'm not sure why.

I'm not scared of power injection, I'm just lazy and bad at planning, so want everything to be versatile. The controller ports can be used for power injection, and I do that where needed (which is not that many places). Since it's from the same PSU, there aren't any rules to follow about breaking the positive, no data issues since the ground is common, and since all my stuff is 3-pin xConnect including the PI tees, I can reconfigure it in the field and have it be waterproof. (All, without trusting my mediocre soldering joints to hold up.)
