power injection for pixels strings

How do you use a three way Y - connector for power injection any drawings or video of this or should it be done this way thank you Blair

The 3 way Y is just a splice for the data clock and power wires. I would imagine you can use them to inject power, just be sure that you have common ground for the circuit (I'm going off memory here). For more info about power injection refer to the AusChristmasLighting Manual. It does a great job of laying out power injection from one or multiple power supplies. You are also going to have to insulate the Data and Clock (if applicable) wires from the pigtail connected to the power supply at the 3 way connector to prevent a possible short. If any of the experts on here know otherwise please feel free to correct me as I haven't attempted this yet myself.
