Only once during the show did I have a dead pixel problem and that was from people standing on the conduit, this year I will be getting larger conduit to put the strip in.
It was quite a simple matter cutting the dead pixel out really, I just cut into the conduit where the pixel was. There was enough "give" in the strip to kinda pull it further out, cut it out and added new one in, then just used transparent cloth tape to bind it back up. I didnt have to slide any strip out.
I injected power at 5 points using a 2nd power supply.
Ignore the blue line going from PS to PS.
Worked wonderfully
