I stretched my centres to pretty much as far as they could go which is around 70mm

you will have no problems with 50mm

After I cable tied, I squeezed a little clear silicone under each node to make sure they stayed in place

That is perfect - thanks for the time to take the extra pics.

And will save time in making a jig and drilling a couple of hundred holes.......

I am looking for that center hub. It looks like you used a premade with 4 connection points, then added 4 more. Very nice.
Is there a specific term to use when trying to find it?

You might have to check to see if something similar is available in the US, our metric sizes probably wont fit too well with your imperial 3/4" and 1" sizes.
I actually used a 'T' junction box as there were no 4 way boxes in the hardware store. I hole-sawed the additional holes.

Thanks to all. I'm trying to find an equivalent here in the states. It would be great if I can find one that fits 3/4" PEX tubing. Thanks for the ideas.
