RGB "strip" lighting

I've been an explosion of 12V "tape" lights in the local market and online. I want to get about 10 Meters to put on my guttering this year. Something of a different look.

Does anyone use this kinda of lighting with the inbuilt controller?

I have 4 of the strip lighting installed under my eaves along the front of my house. I am using the 30 leds/meter type, and they are very bright. The ones you link to should be a lot brighter, as these are 60 leds/meter. I do not use the included controller though, I use the small 3 ch controller to give myself a little more control of the colors.
