Ridge lighting

Hi guys
Can anyone tell me what you use to attach rope light to outline the roof, to the actual roof ridge tiles please

get some conduit and cable tie the rope light to it, then silicon some cable tie mounts to the ridge capping, and cable tie the conduit to the ties.

This method works great but make sure you get the black cable tie mounts as the white ones will become brittle after a season
If attaching strip to the conduit then 25mm works better than 20mm conduit as it give a bit more surface area to attach to and doesn't bend as much when handling it

What silicon works on concrete tile or clay tile roof? Landscape adhesive from Selleys?

I could then mount conduits to those.

I assume a hot glue gun or superglue will just peel off during 35-45 degree summers and a baking roof.
