How do you set a PI to master in ver 5.5 when it only show in the system setting two choices Player or Remote

'Player' is the master mode.
'Remote' is the receiving device from a player.

Names changed from the terms 'Master' and 'slave' from GitHub's shift from those terms.

So I download the sequence to all five PI and set the scheduler in the player and it will tell the remotes when to send data to their controllers

You might need to turn on the "Send MultiSync packets option too"
This is under the Control/Multisync menu option, and pressing Settings.

When i set my (master) to player I cant get it to show in MultiSync

It should be under "settings". You need to click that first, in your screen shot it doesn't look like you've done that.
