I don't think there's a manual available for the Rita 27 channels ones, but a bit of info on the wiki... 1A per channel, and 15A total (however some people have "overclocked" them by running additional trace to allow more current per channel)

As far as I'm aware, all of the DC controllers are common anode, so if you were connecting three DC "devices" (ie strings, floods or whatever), you'd connect the +ve together to one common point, and each of the three -ve would go to the 3 channels you're hooking them up to. (although some controllers, like the LOR ones have +ve and -ve for every 16 channels - the +ve are just wired behind the scenes together)
