With all the trouble that Rolf Harris has gotten himself into. Is it wrong to use 6 white boomers in a display this year?

    I have dropped it.
The song is originally by Ted Egan and there are other versions by other artists but for the 1st time in about 6 years I'm not doing the song.

I wouldn't, although I didn't realise it was by Ted Egan.

I had spent so much time making this sequence last year. So many hours wasted as now I wont be using it.

Used it in my first musical display, then dropped it last year as it didn't "fit".

Even if you managed to find a radically different version, by another artist I'd probably give it a rest for a couple of years - the association with Rolf is too great and people are touchy about it.

Pity - it's one of the songs that was popular in schools and the kids could relate/sing to........

So if anyone knows someone with musical talent, there's an opportunity for a rap/metal/euro-dance version......

    Cheers!
