Smart receiver not working

Im having a issue with my smart receivers they were working till I had to do a factory reset on the falcon f16 now on every port of the receivers it just lights up 7 or so lights in white and the last one in yellow any idea what may have changed. Iv re uploaded input from xlights but dosent fix the issue. It was working before the factory restart on the f16
Any help would be much appreciated

What receiver number/letter are the smart receivers set to? (A few lights lit at the start of the string is a symptom of the Falcon thinking they are in smart receiver mode but they're actually set to dumb mode.)

A and B switches are both set correctly with the terminator switch set to on on B
