    That was insane soldering. Got to learn that, just to say i can do it. I'm sure it harder then it looks. Just received a hakko 936 iron for 37 delivered and am keen to see the difference that it makes. This video reminds me that a little skill wouldn't go astray.

    you mean it doesn't just work like that if you follow the instructions? that looked easy.....

    I have learnt already that changing the tip on my soldering iron would probable help also.

    Was wondering what was used at 1:39? is it some type of protective coating for the solder and board?


    Never mind. I just realised that it is solder. I've never seen it in that form before.

    Thats Solder Paste... Wonderful stuff if you have a soldering station with integrated hot air gun, makes SMD soldering very easy!
