I have a total of 16 channels dedicated to my 12' spiral. This will be my first year with a spiral, second with a megatree. My question is this. Is there an advantage to using 2 strings separated on a channel versus 2 strings together on a channel? Reason I ask is if i input 1 string for a 12 foot spiral with a 6 foot diameter it gives me 14.14 inches apart at the base. If I enter 2 strings per channel it gives me 7.07, which means it assumes I am running the strings apart but on the same channel...suggestions?
