Spiral Trees

hi, i know there is a way to group props, but i was wondering is there a way to force 2 props as one ?
for the spiral trees, i have the spiral parts, then a star ontop of each

i was hoping anyone knows how to lock them in layout as 1 prop so when i move the tree the star follows on layout
and is there a way to ensure in visualiser when assigning props - that if i put the spiral tree onto a port, the star is always the next prop ? - so i dont have to go find the star for that tree every time

Click on the Spiral Tree and Ctrl Click on the Star, then in the models list down the bottom is "Link as Set"
Now type in a name, and ok
when you move 1 the other comes
