Hi All.
Thanks for the help on this.
I also wrote to Ed at J1 with the issue.
He replied with the answer that seems too simple but being new to this, I missed it.
For anyone who has the same issue here it is.
"Go into IP Config, check the E1.31 box and the UBL box, save it, reboot it and voila!!" (From email from Ed).
All good and working well now.
