When I tried to email him directly on that address it came back saying it couldn't send for like 4 days and gave up.
I ended up getting hold of him via Ali and my custom lights are in Adelaide now waiting delivery hopefully Monday.

I've had no trouble using that email address in the past. Are you experiencing difficulty contacting Ray at the moment. If so, send a reminder or 2. Ray is extremely busy this time of year and I think they are on National holidays soon as well. If you want something soon, keep trying.

Have had trouble this year, did get product tho ok. Here are the two emails I have used :-

also used the contact page from his website and got a response in 24 hours
