It is recommended all TigerDMX48v4 controllers be updated to this firmware.

Fixes
Potential lock up when all channels flashed at 25ms timing or all on with higher currents.

Improvements
Tighter DMX code insures reception of all packets in a Full rate DMX512 stream.

Is there a method to verify the version of firmware loaded into a Tiger board? Checksum?

It turns out that MPLAB had selected 18F2450 as the chip type. Once I changed it to 18F2550 it programmed correctly.

Hadn't thought about needing to check the current version, i will build the version number into the eeprom data from now on.
