Tips on setting up DMX on Lights and F16v4 controller

Hi,
I'm trying to get some dumb LEDs working via dmx from a f16v4 controller.
I'm pretty sure I have the hardware side of things okay as when I play back a sequence the DMX stuff flashes away as so its getting data, but its just the wrong data.

So I guess I'm looking at tips on telling x lights what channels my DMX stuff is occupying and the same sort of tips to get my f16 to output the correct data

You'll need to set the controller as being the F16 then roughly setup like below. Protocol DMX, the dmx channel (in the 1-512 range).
The visualiser is handy for dragging and dropping props onto the serial port.

That's what I have done so far, but I shall look again this morning with a clearer head
