I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY ELL NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. THE LIGHTS INSIDE SHOW THAT THEY ARE LINKED BUT AS SOON AS I TURN ON THE RGB IN TEST MODE IT COMES ON FOR 2 TO 3 SECONDS AND THEN TURNS OFF BY ITSELF. ANY IDEAS.

Have you tried using a cable to connect?
I'm fairly sure that the range of the ell is less than that of cable and cable is cheaper, unless your trying to get across a road or something?
