thanks Keith , played with it best i can get probably something i'm missing, possibly an enhancement to the effects assist is maybe number the x and y on the grid that way you wouldn't have to count the squares, just an idea anyways, sorry about the quality of the video

Done ... not absolute but percentage position. I think that is more useful.
