How do the candy cane supports and reindeer attach the the tiled roof ?

Candy canes and Reindeers attached with Galvanised strip.

Candy Canes
Each cane plugs into a bit of wood 90 x 35 with 25mm holes drilled part way through. Galvanised strips nailed to bottom at either end of wood then pusjed under tiles.


Reindeer
Galvanised is double over to form compressed C and both ends pushed under tiles. Other strips bolted on top so top is rectangle.

I suspected that was the case. I did a similar thing with my Santa/chimney motif except I used large zip ties slid under the tiles.

Could you provide a picture of the reindeer mounts to go with that description. Sounds like a good idea.
