you can report dodgie/illegal unsafe wiring to ebay an they will remove the product or ask for a Australia CE from the seller..
ask shell she was selling icle lights till they stopped her

Australian approved power supplies will carry an SAA approval number and a C-Tick to show compliance with Australian standards.
But looking at your power supplies it appears you are in the US as these have US orientated pins

That does appear to be an isolated type of power supply which is good.

How long it lasts could still be an issue, but at least it shouldn't electrocute you at first touch.

Keep in mind that you can't dim the AC input to these power supplies. (they go bang!)
