First a little background.
I have a rasp pi in the shed which I want access to via wifi in my house. There is no way to run wires.
I bought a little wifi range extender thing which is mounted outside my shed and plugs into my laptop. I have setup a wifi connection on that and can connect to the internet fine.
This is where I am stuck. this device in not a wifi repeater as such, it needs to plug into my computer via usb, in this case my laptop to operate.
I have a rasp pi 3 which I want to be able to access. So I set up a hotspot on my laptop and setup the Pi to access the hotspot. That works great in the shed and my laptop can see the Pi and the Pi can access the internet.
HOWEVER.
I want to be able to access my Pi in my house.
I am sure it is some stupid simple thing for you network savy people like setup a port forward or what have you. But I don't know how to do it.
Is there anyone that can lead me in the right direction, even if it is a web site or video that explains it would be great.
Thanks in advance.

What Pi do you have?
is it a version with a wifi adapter and an ethernet port?
What operating system are you using (Falcon Pi Player)?

There is a couple of ways you can do it called "Bridging"
