Windows 10 is stealing your bandwidth 'by default'

This is why I never get an OS on first release. Win7 still works for me

I have a computer that I use for a video jukebox. It runs XP and I never let it connect to the internet to update, and it works fine
However, my newer computer came out with windows 8 and it was driving me up the wall, Not nearly as fast as 10 though!
