wire size used to inject

I'm assuming to inject power into pixels it's as simple as splicing speaker wire into the wire between pixels? Or do I need heavier wire?

Depending on the gauge of the wire and the length of the wire that should work.
Also is it stranded or solid wire? Stranded is more flexible without breaking but solid can hold a bend if desired.
Page 43-46? of the 101 manual will answer the voltage drop issue in wire length.

That manual has alot of good info! At work I also going some 16/2 and 18/2 300 volt spt wire. I know it doesn't have the UV but will this work?

None of the wire I use is UV rated. Winter has so little direct sun it's not an issue for me.
