xlights singing faces off

Somewhere i found a way to shift the whole effects over to align the singing faces in order to get them in sync. I have misplaced where i found that out. can some one help me on a song get it lined back up?

the music starts and the mouth is about a sec or two off from the actual words from the song.

Edit menu. Shift selected effects. You will need to select the timing marks. To do that you will need to ensure no timing marks are active.
