I am having an issue with running a playlist on xscheduler. I have set it up added my files selected my dates etc, but it isn't automatically firing every 15 minutes. I have tried making sure my playlist is shorter than 15 minutes this hasnt changed anything. If i close scheduler and open it it will begin playing the sequence but then wont repeat it. It is recognising its next start time but not actually firing on that start time. I have tried only having a single playlist as to not confuse the scheduler.

I am getting light output and I got a different playlist working the other night for weeknights but I havent been able to get my song shows to work correctly.

Any suggestions?

Can you share some screenshots of your schedule?

Also make sure your output lightbulb is set to show a gear (for automatic mode).

clicking through my bulb if I set it to automatic schedule active on it then changes it set to off. is this becuase it is currently not in its run time?

Do you specifically want the playlist to stop, and then repeat on the hour '15min ? (e.g. 18:45, 19:00, 19:15, 19:30, etc).
Clicking loop checkbox below it (change the box from every 15min to 'fire once') changes to loop the playlist after it finished until 22:00.

Otherwise it may not be firing at this every 15min since the priority is very high at 7.

Light bulb will change between green & red as the schedule activates. It should keep the gear the whole time for schedule control active.

Essentially as to not annoy the neighbours too much with the show since it has some flashing in it I would like it to fire every 15 minutes also so then if word gets around people know when to turn up e.g. 7:00, 7:15, 7:30 etc.

I have just tested it out with the little gear icon on the bulb at it appears to have started automatically so I think that my have been where I was going wrong despite searching I never managed to find info about that icon. I'll check again at 10:45 haha.

If my playlist is longer than the 15 minute time interval will it interrupt what is it currently doing to restart or do I need to ensure that it is less than the 15 minute time interval? Is a better option that I have a lower priorioty playlist that is constantly going and the song playlist overrides?

I don't know. I haven't used xSchedule for 7 years. Hopefully it will !

So the timer has ticked over and the schedule is highlighted yellow but has not stated playing the next sequence which is the issue I was running into earlier.
