teensy3.2 and octows2811 and FPP

How to configure these to work with Xlights When I turn on pi and usb gets power leds plugged into octows2811 come on for a few seconds and then go off I know I flashed something on the teensy last year when I started this project but can't remember what it was any help much appreciated I upgraded FPP and I think it is just not configured right

In my experience this is caused by an under power condition. Do you have a large enough power source connected to the Pi?

Can't speak any further as to the teensy as it's not something I've used before.

I did find out this is normal behavior what I'm missing is the header information when configuring the generic serial ports for the output channels in FPP can anyone help
