Hi all this one got me very confused. Run a basic show each year 5 mini tree, couple candy canes etc. Had 2 of the chromaglow xmas boxes last year grouped ran the ribbons one colour and the box base another colour both in sync the same. This year removed the large box replaced with 2 smaller boxes added to the group and as you can see in sequencer and the house preview (the boxes are the crosses) they are displaying correctly however the lights on the boxes are all different colours at different times. Ran a test though advatek on the rgb cycle and they are all in sync there. Ran a check on sequence apart from backup folder in wrong place no issues. At least they are running not as pretty as being the same colours etc. but usable until I can get it sorted. What am I missing please. ?
