I'm plaing with making props from the Acoustic Felt you can buy from bunnings, cut with a laser. Saw this idea on Zuckerbook somewhere and since I have access to a laser...

worked out the cut settings that work yesterday and made this as a proof of concept

Does anyone have any design files they can share? drawing HoHoHo is hard.

I've spent a fair bit of time playing with "Lightburn" for use with my laser. If you have access to a laser, this will be your best bet for designing files with a lot of ease, yes i'm sure there's a few people who have files to share, but i've found most of the time to the design is way quicker than waiting for someone to send you a file and it's "not quite right" for what your after and have to modify it anyway to fit the size / scale. (also depends on what your laser bed size is too)

Lightburn is brilliantly easy, with a little play, you could have a HoHoHo design knocked out in under 15mins or less

Attached took me about 6 mins to whip up . Designed with 11mm holes

Your welcome kate :/

you said you had "access to a laser" not you "own". you may have a friend that has one, not much details to go by.
dont use my file then, as clearly I rudely overstepped.
