Yes Mean Well have power supplies in a range of voltages. I use a number of their 'SP' series of power supplies, and usually this is the 320W* ones e.g. SP-320-[voltage] which come in voltages from 3.3v to 48v. Here's a spec sheet: http://www.meanwell.com/webapp/product/search.aspx?prod=SP-320

*Note that the rated wattage actually varies depending on the voltage. For example the 12v model (SP-320-12) actually is rated for 300 Watts.

I have both the LRS and RSP versions of meanwell power supplies in a 320W 12V variant. The LRS came from Ray so may not actually be a Meanwell. The RSP's (x2) I got from Advatek Lighting as I needed them quickly. The LRS and RSP that I have do look slightly different, but dont know if they indeed have different specs. Both are of the slim variety.

Can any Joe/Jo off the street buy off them? Also how much would a RSP-320-12 or similar be price wise?
I do.... with my credit card, I ring them up... down load the cattle dog and have a look, then ring up with your order... from my failing memory I think it's $20 flat postage? and also watch the pricing... I ended up with 600W PSUs because at the time they were cheaper than the 450W ones... ( i don't buy 320s so I have no idea of their price )

it's XXX-600-Y
where y = voltage and xxx is model so HRP-600-12 would be a high reliability 600W 12v, there's also RSP, and a few other models, it's all in the cattledog.
and of course a 450w would be say RSP-450-12
