oh wow, I didn't know any development had been done on the 682 at all, as the downloads page still shows 4.033 and nothing new since 2013!

Hey guys - I've been away from the scene for a bit, and it seems my E682's Sandevice controllers haven't really advanced at all - there have been no firmware upgrades for years now so they are limited in the number of universes/pixels they can support... I need way more than the 1000 or so...
they are definitely 'heavier' than a standard 2811, I have been injecting at both ends of a 100 LED string to be on the safe side, as I also got pinkish hues without.
