    Sorry . - Another question. I'm on Bribie Island and we only have a Dick Smith here . Just checked and they have this http://dicksmith.com.au/product/Z3250/rectifier-diode Is that the same thing and will that work?

    David - My MFC does not have the common wire marked in any way but the one closest to the input wires is the center wire in the 3 strand. Would that be it? Thanks again for your help Cheers
