Posting my solution for others who may search someday.
I used a network scanner and found the 192.168.x.x address I had assigned some years ago.
I am now back in and I can do what I wanted:)

Thanks Bazzy. it is giving me some ideas I shall try and that is mostly playing in the 10.10.10.x range of addressing. Still, I can ping the board from command line, I don't time out.

I am having difficulties conneting a browser to my PIXAD8. I am able to ping the controller through cmd but I time out when using any number of browsers. I do get a successful ping when using the command window.

The latest thing was the reversing contactor I wanted. They got lots of them, but not for 36 volts. He just ended the conversation with that.

I missed adding the boards I need boxed are 1. CMB16D-QC and 2. ECG-M32MX/ECG-PIXAD8. Yes I know Ed sells boxes. I think he has enough to do than sell me a $6 box.
