All the strip was already in the sealed tube and looked quite good (except that the waterproof tubing does look a little thin.) On closer inspection of some of the strip it doesn't look like water has gotten in anywhere. Perhaps connectors and cables? Might give that a test first before ripping...

Starting to get my head around this a little more. So most of my DC lights are 31-33V ranging from 2.5 - 8AMP outputs. Most of the controller boards look like they take a maximum of 3Amp loads per output? Is there a way to circumnavigate this issue for the lights with larger Amp outputs?
