In the web interface, the temp display went yellow. Maybe I jumped the gun and should have left it alone, but I got paranoid. Oh well, now to pray they can/will fix it.

I wouldnt normally need it. I live in North New Jersey. This time of the year the temps SHOULD be in the 40's. I had a week of upper 60's and started seeing the temps go up way too high. Wife is going to kill me. Thank you everyone for your help.

The fan has been working fine, its still running too. Its a NZXT 4 wire computer fan.

I barely touched the plug inside the controller and the red wire on 11 popped right out. Fixed and all is good in the world. Thank you for the help!

I went to swap the plug in side the controller with 13 and when i touched 11... the red wire popped right out. Reseated it and it works. Thanks!

I can try that.. why 9 or 13 though and not 10 or 12? Is there something significant there?

Male/female connector is good. Its started to rain so I will check the connections in the box when it stops. I have no idea about the configuration. I didn't change anything.
