Arches but Not Arches

I created a set of 8 arches using this 2" tubing and they came out great. Been using them for 4 years now. My next project is to use that same tubing but sized so is only enough for the LED strip and maybe power injection wires. What I'm attempting to do is the attach the tubing to the bottom of the wooden fence that surrounds my back yard to provide some soft lighting of my entire yard. Here are the specs and random thoughts on the build. Would love any guidance or recommendations.

1. Length of Fence: 288 feet
2. Is this 1" tubing large enough that it will have minimal hot spots?
3. Is 7/8" internal tubing diameter big enough for strips and power injection wire if needed.
4. 12v versus 24v led strips?
5. 4-wire strips with backup data to avoid maintenance if just a few nodes go out?
6. LED strip spacing? If closer-spaced, will it help with hot spot mitigation?
7. Will I drive myself nuts trying to straighten 288 feet of tubing that comes in a circular roll? Will be using these pipe straps to attach to fence.
8. For power injection, should I consider running a power supply with higher voltage and use a converter at point of injection since it may be far away? 24v stepped down to 12v.

Do you really need the rope light style of tubing? This might be a good situation for using permanent govee style lighting around the perimeter of the yard on the fence.

Some random thoughts:
What lengths of tubing do you plan to use? continuous or smaller sections?
How will you handle the joins for each section?
Are the materials UV rated as most of the pex and connectors were intended to be used inside and behind walls.
Hot days in warm sunny places make the tubing easier to straiten out.
I prefer a denser strip 60/m but that is preference. I'd say do a test sample of each to see what you prefer. It's the shadowing more than hot spots in my opinion.

I almost got the Govee hanging bulb style since I need exactly 288 feet. Two strings of 144ft. Only thing is maintenance. Not sure how easy it is to get bulb covers and such when they fade and many reviews say they collect water.

That tubing is chemical resistant but not sure on UV. My arches have been outside a total of about 5 months in the last 4 years with no degradation. The lengths of tubing would depend on strip lengths. I would likely just use a joint adapter for the joins that isn’t glued into place should I need to pull a strip for any reason. Should still be mostly waterproof.

Also, if I went with Govee I’d just plug them in and they’d work. Where’s the fun in that

I should also mention these will need to be more functional than just visually appealing. The reason I want them at the base of my fence border is so I can see if my 3 low riders (2 dachshunds, 1 chihuahua) pee and poop before bedtime or if they are just sniffing around the yard forever trying to catch intruders. So likely on bright white 90% of the time. Probably also trigger them with my back door smart sensor so they’re not running all the time. Door open will trigger smart plug to turn on controller. Door close turns it off.
