Gday and P4 panel

Gday guys

I'm so close to getting my P4 panels working!

Here's my setup:

Each panel is 64 pixels wide, 32 high. Four panels wide, six panels high.

Just one Colorlight 5A-75B, set up with LEDVision.

LEDVision displays the test pie chart image correctly, and my mouse cursor moves on the panels.

Successfully FPP installed on a new raspberry pi 5, networking all good, connecting to FPP via the web interface.

Here's where I'm stuck:

In FPP, under "Channel Outputs", whenever I click "test", the panel either flickers or stays blank.

One observation that might help to diagnose:
When I click the physical button on the Colorlight 5A-75B, it cycles through full red, green, blue, white, etc. When I try to use FPP to "test", either under "Status Control" -> "Display Testing", or under "Output Channel" testing, the panel keeps the same pattern, but just flickers several times a second until I stop the test.

I also uploaded a butterfly sequence from xLights, and when I try to run that in FPP, it just flickers the whole panel with the same test pattern as above (not the butterfly), but one time, when I hit stop, the panels perfectly displayed just one frame of the butterfly pattern, but frozen.

Any ideas on why FPP can't seem to display an image or test correctly?

Can you post the settings that you have used in both Xlights and also on the colorlight?

Here's a screenshot of xlights, but since FPP fails to show test patterns, I'm not sure that it's an xlights problem.

What firmware version is on your colorlight card?

Also, do you have a link to your P4 panels? Where did you get the configuration file for them? What is the refresh on the P4 panels?

Thanks for the reply, looks like it's 13.17 according to LEDVision. Should I downgrade it to another version? Is this failure to test on FPP a typical symptom of new buggy firmware?

After downgrading the 5A-75B colorlight card from V13.x firmware back to 11.04, my FPP test pattern works now

Also, the flickering problem is gone. Thanks guys!
