I will boot the controller up later and check. All the lights I have work perfect except the Mega Star and arches, and display as normal.

Well where do I start. I’m self suggesting back in kindergarten where you learn to count. For some reason I set my star up as 40/30/20 nodes, when it actually has 70/50/30. Talk about stupidity. Anyway reset that and all working.
Then it pays to read the manual. To run the smart receivers without the expansion board you can’t daisy chain them like I did. So expansion 2 was just copying board 1. Anyway ran another Ethernet cable to board 2 and now all works in sorts. The outputs for board 2 are all scrambled but I will sort that when it’s darker and I can see each prop output.
Apologies for anyone’s time I wasted but also thankyou for your time and valued input. Now I can get back to replacing all my roof and vertical outline bad strings with new ones for the second time. At least I got 2 days out of this batch haha.
