I think most of the enders / creality machines have a warped glass bed.
Put a straight edge on it as soon as you get it. Simple fix just go to your local glazier and get a new one cut to size. As long as you aren't printing anything that needs a high bed temp, standard glass is fine. If you intend on printing exotics, then get Borosilicate glass
 
Still got a way to come to grips with mine, and the bed is aluminium with a 'mouse pad' type thing on it, and the actual bed is high in the middle when the bed is at 55+

Little trick Lithgow Lights told me to calibrate the bed clearances at the temperature you operate at.

Looking at some of the things that I'd done, they looks like mosquito mesh with tiny holes in it.
 
I know people have already said it but I would also recommend the Prusa MK3 and MK3S. They are cheap and reliable and very high quality. If you need any help getting it working there are many people including me that have experience using them. As far as filament goes, you would usually be using "PLA" material which is pretty affordable.
 
I have a CR10s and CR10s Pro V1.5 I say 1.5 as the upgrade I made with the BLtouch and Bondtec extruder makes it like a V2. I also ordered a CR6 Max on creativity kickstark campaign.

I saw the cr6 tested and liked it, But I have 2 machines now and couldn't see a way to justify it. I sometimes have both running 24-7 for weeks, but then like now haven't turned them on for about a month.

Ministry of Finance aka misses has approved the purchase :) I'm planing on setting it up to just do just PETG I had no luck with PETG with either CR10's
