Hi, to follow up a comment I made on a chat late last year:
Would anyone be interested in a worldwide lightshow?
We all play the same song with our own sequence at the same time on the same day.
It would probably mean running the sequence four times that day (every 6 hours) so each time zone could appreciate it.
Thoughts?
 
Sounds like a great idea but does have some issues

Lights do not work so great during the day so the effect will be dramatically reduced

Neighbours may not be happy with lights running early hours of the morning

Maybe an Australia wide show may be more achievable by having a show in each state working together (WA may have to start a little earlier)
 
My neighbors would not think twice about my lights blinking during the day or even very early in the morning but that would be optional in any case. So long as the lights sync up with others in the area I will get my "participant jollies".
 
It's a good idea and I'ld like to be involved.


My neighbours are all fine with blinky anytime except 1 so that wouldn't matter ;)


Another idea, or could be done as well, is we all film our sequence, post it somewhere (maybe on the new forum) and it gets pieced together to form 1 song, with all the different set ups and sequences.
