Just hook the positive from the lights up to the PSU and hook the negative up to the relays NO contact and the negative from the PSU up to the common terminal on the relay.
Only tricky part is figuring out which wire is which. Trial and error works well for this, apply the power for a second or two to two of the wires, if they light up normally than you have a known positive and the negative for one half of the lights, just quickly test the other half to prove and confirm.
